Masias has some lab facilities of more than 300 sq.m. If a problem can not be solved by phone, a Masias specialized technician can travel anywhere in the world in less than 72 hours (this does not apply when VISA is needed to enter the country).
 
Layout assistance
Our designers can provide you with Autocad or Solidworks drawings of any installation in which we might include not only the machines we manufacture but also machinery from other manufacturers involved in the project.
 
Software updating through internet
We also offer the possibility to get connected into your control system in order to easily assist you if an error is detected.
We can also update your control system free of charge.
 
Technical checkouts
We might also provide you with a complete analysis of your installation and find the solution that better fits your needs.
 
Spare parts
Masias guarantees that any equipment or machinery sold from our catalogue will have availability of spare parts for not less than 10 years. In most cases spare parts are ready for shipment in 7 working days.
